1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Fynal platform, which serves to connect content creators (employers) with professionals in video production (talents).

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The Fynal web application available at fynal.cz
  • Talent: User offering their services (editor, designer, etc.)
  • Employer: User looking for professionals for content creation
  • Offer: Job offer published by an employer

3. Registration and Account

  • Registration via Google account is required to use the platform
  • You must be over 18 years old
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided
  • Account cannot be transferred to another person

4. Rules for Talents

  • Portfolio must contain only your own work
  • Hourly rate must be accurate
  • You are required to respond to messages in a reasonable time
  • Follow agreed deadlines and collaboration terms

5. Rules for Employers

  • Job offers must be truthful and current
  • Budget must be accurate
  • You are required to inform candidates about the selection result
  • You must not misuse talent contact information

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraud, spam and illegal activities
  • Harassment of other users
  • Publishing false information
  • Circumventing the rating system
  • Sharing login credentials

7. Liability

Fynal serves only as an intermediary. We are not a party to any agreements between talents and employers. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of work performed
  • Payments between users
  • Disputes between users

8. Intellectual Property

Content created by users remains their property. You grant us a license to display this content on the platform.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We reserve the right to block accounts violating these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
