Delete your Fynal account
You can delete your account at any time. We also delete all data that belongs to it.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to us from the email you signed in with, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.
What gets deleted
- your email and the anonymous account identifier
- nickname and avatar
- all guesses, points, streaks and badges
- participation in rooms, and your ratings and reports of questions
We keep nothing. The data disappears from database backups within 30 days at the latest.
