• Basic information: Name, email address, profile photo (from Google account)
• Profile data: Bio, skills, portfolio, hourly rate, location
• Channel data: Channel name, URL, subscriber count (for employers)
• Communication: Messages between users, job applications

2. How we use data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing Fynal platform services
• Connecting talents with employers
• Sending notifications about new messages and applications
• Improving our services
• Protection against fraud and abuse

3. Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except in the following cases:

• Other users: Your profile data is visible to other platform users
• Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (emails)
• Legal requirements: If required by law

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for processing

5. Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your account. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 90 days.

We use standard security measures including data encryption, secure transfer (HTTPS), and regular security audits.

We only use necessary cookies for:

• Maintaining login (session cookies)
• Form security (CSRF tokens)
